Fleet Manager – Maintenance & Operations

Manage and ensure the efficient operation and availability of the fleet.
Develop and monitor preventive and periodic maintenance plans.
Follow up on breakdowns and repairs to minimize vehicle Downtime.
Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor fuel consumption and analyze fuel efficiency.
Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance inventory.
Monitor fleet operating and maintenance costs and drive cost reduction.
Ensure vehicle licenses, insurance, and inspections are valid and up to date.
Ensure compliance with road safety, HSE, and company standards.
Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; preferably Mechanical Engineering or a graduate of a Military Technical College/Institute.
10 –12 years of experience in Fleet Management, Maintenance & Operations.
Strong experience in the maintenance of vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
Proven experience in driver management, fleet operations, and route planning.
Ability to manage breakdowns and minimize vehicle Downtime.
Good knowledge of monitoring and analyzing GPS, Fuel Consumption, and Maintenance Costs.
Strong reporting and analytical skills, particularly in operating and maintenance cost analysis.
