1. Scope of working:
Housekeeping Supervisor: handle for champion a seamless, well-maintained, and beautifully organized office environment. Reporting within the HRO section, you will lead our technical maintenance team (MEP & Construction) and general office care team to deliver a safe, functional, and visually impressive workplace.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities across all work areas, restrooms, conference rooms, breakrooms, and public spaces for Head Office and all Office at site.
• Conduct regular daily inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning routines.
• Assign daily duties, rosters, and schedules for the housekeeping staff to ensure adequate operational coverage.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping personnel on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, customer service, and workplace etiquette.
• Oversee third-party janitorial, specialized deep-cleaning, and pest control service contracts.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, pantry items, and restroom consumables.
• Enforce compliance with workplace Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Supervise technical technicians in delivering rapid-response repairs and preventive care for all MEP installations and HVAC systems.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, technical site operations, or general workplace services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate both technical technicians and general service/housekeeping teams effectively
• Good communication skills in both English and Khmer, a sharp eye for office layout aesthetics, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
4. Working Days and Hours:
(HQ)
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
- Housekeeping Supervisor: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.
6. Relationship:
- Housekeeping Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to Senior HRO Manager.
