About the roleAs the IT Infrastructure at TAT CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company's enterprise IT infrastructure, including Network, Server, Cloud, and Cybersecurity systems. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bang Kapi, Bangkok.What you'll be doingManage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise IT infrastructure landscape, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and system stability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity strategies to support the company's business objectives.Oversee the design, deployment, and administration of network systems, servers (physical & virtual), cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and storage solutions.Monitor and analyze system metrics, identify performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and IT security policies in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., PDPA).Evaluate, negotiate, and manage external IT vendors, suppliers, and service contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery within budget.Provide technical guidance and Level 2/3 support, collaborating with the IT support team to resolve complex system and network issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies, recommending continuous system improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, or System Engineering in a corporate environment.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a Lead, Senior, or Supervisory capacity (Assistant Manager level or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Network (Cisco, Fortinet, Firewall, VPN), Server Administration (Windows/Linux, Active Directory), Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity practices, Enterprise Backup solutions (e.g., Veeam), and Disaster Recovery operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues effectively.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MCSA/MCSE, or ITIL Foundation will be an advantage.
