Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations,

ensure smooth equipment functionality, minimize downtime, and lead our technical team

safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and

equipment.

- Manage emergency breakdowns and direct fast troubleshooting to keep downtime

minimal.

 - Supervise, assign tasks to, and evaluate the maintenance team (engineers &

technicians).

- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to cover operational

needs.

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders using CMMS/ERP software.

 - Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (HSE) standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

 Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management/supervision (heavy

equipment/manufacturing background is a plus).

 Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems,

along with CMMS/ERP tools.

 Core Competencies: Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Language: Fluent in English.
