JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING MANAGER

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Schedule: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm / 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Salary: Php 100,000 to 150,000

Boomering is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and turn great marketing into measurable business growth. You will own our marketing strategy, lead and develop the team, and ensure our message reaches the right audiences through the right channels. This role requires someone with strong performance marketing expertise who understands how SEO, GEO, paid advertising, content and conversion work together to generate qualified leads.

As a Marketing Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' proven marketing experience, with 7+ years highly preferred, particularly within the BPO industry, including experience leading or managing a marketing team.
• Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads and measurable sales pipeline, with the ability to demonstrate previous results through lead volumes, conversion rates, acquisition costs, campaign ROI or similar performance measures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads/PPC, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, including targeting, budgeting, optimisation and conversion tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and GEO, with the expertise to oversee, evaluate and challenge external specialists.
• Demonstrated experience building and optimising marketing funnels, landing pages, retargeting and lead-nurture campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GA4, analytics, attribution, conversion tracking and marketing ROI.
• Experience with Zoho ONE and GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM, marketing automation, lead management, campaign tracking, reporting and workflow automation, would be highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and make investment decisions based on performance.
• Demonstrated ability to use A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, campaigns and landing pages to continually improve conversion.
• Strong understanding of brand, messaging and content, with the ability to turn these into campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Proven people leadership skills with demonstrated experience developing team members, delegating ownership, coaching performance and creating accountability while remaining an active part of the team.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and willing to take ownership of marketing results, including when performance isn't where it needs to be.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with alignment to Boomering's S.T.E.P. values of Service, Transparency, Excellence and Partnership. Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Manager would be:
• Own and execute Boomering's marketing strategy with a clear focus on qualified lead generation and business growth.
• Build marketing performance toward a sustainable target of 10 qualified MQLs per week.
• Identify Boomering's target audiences and determine the best channels, campaigns and messages to reach and convert them.
• Lead and optimise acquisition across Google Ads/PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GEO, content, social, email and other relevant channels.
• Manage the marketing budget and continually optimise spend based on lead quality, conversion and ROI.
• Translate complex marketing strategies, technical activity and performance data into clear, commercially relevant updates that non-technical leaders can easily understand.
• Give confidence by clearly communicating what is being done, why it is being done, the results being achieved, any risks or gaps, and what happens next.
• Oversee Boomering's external SEO and GEO specialists, ensuring their work contributes to lead generation and wider business objectives while supporting the continued development of internal team members working with them.
• Build, measure and continually improve marketing funnels, landing pages, nurture campaigns and conversion journeys.
• Work closely with Sales and Lead Generation to define MQL quality, understand what converts and improve the quality of marketing-generated opportunities.
• Own marketing performance reporting, including MQLs, cost per MQL, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, channel performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team, working alongside them, setting clear expectations and taking responsibility for collective results.
• Protect and strengthen Boomering's brand and messaging, ensuring great communication is connected to measurable commercial outcomes.
