System and Network Engineer (Data Center)

Key Responsibilities1. Perform day-to-day O&M of servers and network equipment at the IDC site.2. Handle on-site IT asset inbound/outbound operations and warehouse management.3. Execute server deployment, relocation (same campus), component changes and decommissioning/disk removal per work orders.4. Support network fault diagnosis and link operations in coordination with NOC.General Attributes1. Strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to adapt to on-site work and necessary duty / emergency support arrangements.2. Good O&M safety awareness; familiarity with on-site safety management requirements and high-risk operation regulations is preferred.3. Good communication and coordination skills; able to communicate and collaborate effectively with operators, service providers and internal teams.4. Good service awareness and a serious work attitude.

Qualifications

Associate degree or above.
Proficient in PC server configuration and architecture; at least 3 years of PC server maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of SXM-architecture GPU server hardware.
Familiar with Linux configuration and troubleshooting; at least 1 year of Linux maintenance experience.
Able to independently diagnose and repair PC servers and Linux systems.
Capable of guiding junior engineers in PC server and Linux system diagnostics.
Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, network switching and routing protocols.
Knowledge of mainstream network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
Able to guide junior engineers in network device OS installation and configuration import.
Capable of complex fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of mainstream network equipment (Cisco, H3C, Huawei).
At least 3 years of network equipment O&M experience.
Hold at least one mid-level network certification from a mainstream vendor (e.g., Cisco, H3C, Huawei).
Knowledge of IDC power distribution and cooling basics; basic knowledge of IDC operations and data center audit.
Proficient in English (or the local official language) in listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficient in Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
