Telesales Representative

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Telesales Representative with a strong background in lead generation, outbound and inbound sales, and the U.S. market. The ideal candidate must have proven experience dealing with U.S.- based clients and a strong understanding of the U.S. market , capable of independently generating and converting leads, and experienced in managing the full sales cycle. Previous experience in clinics, healthcare, medical services, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, including a 1-hour break.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday.

• Location: New Cairo – Al Rehab.

• Generate, identify, qualify, and develop new leads through proactive outreach and various lead-generation methods.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S. market and effectively introduce and promote the company's services.

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through follow-up and conversion.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with U.S.-based clients.

• Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and confidently handle objections and negotiations.

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion objectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and revenue opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation, sales activities, pipeline, and performance.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar sales position.

• Mandatory: Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients and the U.S. market.

• Proven experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and proactively reaching out to potential customers.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. customer market and professional communication standards.

• Experience in clinics, healthcare, medical services, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Highly proactive, confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.

• Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and customer management skills.
