This role is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle across every property, from account, keyword, and audience structure through bidding strategy, creative testing, conversion tracking, and forecasting. Additionally, they will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to translate paid media performance into recommendations that drive lead quality and spend efficiency across the funnel.

- Direct strategy and execution across secondary channels, including Meta, TikTok, native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain, and other emerging platforms, determining when to test, scale, or reduce investment
- Structure campaigns for scale and learning velocity, allocate budget across channels, and adjust audiences, creative, and bids to drive qualified lead volume at target cost
- Partner with in-house designers, video editors, and copywriters to maintain a consistent testing cadence of new hooks, formats, and angles across responsive search ads, PMax asset groups, Demand Gen creative, and video
- Own conversion tracking end to end, including Google Ads conversions, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and Meta CAPI, in partnership with Data Engineering
- Develop and maintain weekly reporting and forecasts that model spend scenarios, flag delivery risk, and support budget decisions with validated numbers
- Apply and document Special Ad Categories (SAC) and platform policy best practices across all engines to keep accounts in good standing and avoid restrictions or suspensions
- Manage Google representatives and any external agency or vendor partners, securing access to betas, credits, and platform best practices
- Maintain clean campaign documentation, naming conventions, and change logs to ensure clear ownership and repeatability across the paid media program
Requirements
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience buying and managing digital media across search, social, display, video, and native channels, preferably within the financial industry or another regulated lead-generation vertical

- Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end Google account, including bidding strategy, asset groups, audience signals, negative keyword hygiene, feed optimization, and search-term analysis
- Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain, sufficient to direct strategy and coach a junior team member
- Working knowledge of Special Ad Categories (SAC) and advertising policy requirements across all major platforms
- Significant experience with Google Analytics 4, and with implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and Meta CAPI
