Work Interactions

The Director for Programs & Student Experience is the senior leader responsible for the Baratta Center's co-curricular programming portfolio, reporting directly to the Executive Director. In close collaboration with the Executive Director, this role has ownership of what students experience as members of the Baratta Center community - from ideation and curriculum design through execution, assessment, and continuous improvement. It is a consequential role with high ambition and significant scope for creativity and innovation.

Much of the Center's programming involves bringing corporate leaders, practitioners, government officials, and global executives into direct engagement with students - as instructors, case study subjects, mentors, and speakers. The Director works in close partnership with the Associate Director for External Relations to ensure that the right external voices are embedded in the right program formats. The Director leads the design and delivery of program; the External Relations AD leads the corporate relationship and the ask. These two roles are in constant collaboration.
