AI Engineer 2

We are looking for an AI Engineer 2 with strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, training, and fine-tuning AI models and a solid understanding of Transformer-based architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and NLP models.
• Develop AI solutions using Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Work on data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and Generative AI techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
• Continuously explore and apply advancements in AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and Transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience with model building, training, and fine-tuning.
• Strong Computer Science and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Graduates from IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS Pilani, or top NITs preferred.
• Publications or research papers in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI are a plus.
