Responsibilities
0in;">Operating manufacturing tools to process high quality product.
0in;">Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.
0in;">Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
0in;">Responsible for operating tools to process wafers through the applicable stage in the manufacturing process.
0in;">Responsible for making minor corrections or adjustments to the process and equipment and for recognizing when a technician or engineer is needed, in addition to making suggestions for improvement to productivity.
0in;">Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and programs.
auto;">Perform multi-functional wafer fabrication processes and equipment operations.
auto;">Obtains and maintains all required skill certifications.
auto;">Utilizes Lot Priority and other inventory management systems as required for product tracking and communications.
auto;">Is an active member of the work team and will assume a logistical role as part of the team.
auto;">Uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) to audit control charts.
auto;">Performs and maintains equipment qualifications and status in the work area.
auto;">Is responsible for maintaining and monitoring of all clean room protocols.
auto;">Must assure compliance with all safety standards and participate in monitoring them.
auto;">Must be able to utilize computer aided manufacturing such as Workstream and Cold Fusion for communication, data recording and report extraction.
auto;">May perform other duties as assigned by management.
Marginal Functions
·Participates in basic equipment trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
·Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
·May performs changes or refills of chemicals in the work area.
·May be required to aid in the training of new employees or lesser skilled employees.
·May be required to cross-train in multiple work areas of production.
Requirements:
0in;">High School Diploma or equivalent.
0in;">Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
0in;">Must be able to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
0in;">Strong attention to detail.
0in;">Must be able to lift to 25 pounds and frequently move it over extended distances. Potential lifting above shoulder height or overhead may be required.
0in;">Job requires extensive standing and walking between various tools. Must be able to stand, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time.
0in;">Must be able to push/pull typically about 100 lbs., but up to 500 lbs. via rolling cart or rolling wire rack.
0in;">Must have sufficient hand manipulation and ability to grasp wafer pod frequently during shift.
0in;">Must be able to work with a variety of chemicals and gases.
