Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Test Equipment Engineering team. As a Senior Section Head, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualification projects of our most advanced technologies, Equipment Maintenance and participating in a broad range of activities in a highly dynamic working environment.
Performance Objectives
- Project Management of technology qualification from planning to completion.
- Plan and execution from tests and reports on a timely and committed manner.
- Risk assessment and resolution of manufacturing reliability and quality issues.
- Equipment Maintenance of Probe Test Equipment
- Leads Engineers and Technicians for ensuring equipment is within the required quality and maintenance
- Maintains the required KPI for Probe test and directly reports to Test Equipment Department Manager
- Liaise with different groups for new devices/packages
- Point of contact on any related Probe activities/projects concerning equipment
Requirements:
- BS, MS, in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Applied Physics or Any Engineering course
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical background in electronics is required.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and IC manufacturing is a plus.
- Good analytical and statistical skills.
