Accounts Coordinator

We're looking for an accounts coordinator for a job specialising in imports/exports. You'll be joining a team of three in an amazing company with great benefits and long-term stability. Ideal for someone with a degree or equivalent experience in logistics, procurement, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate supplier invoices against approved pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation.

• Identify discrepancies, pricing variances, and billing issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice-related matters.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to established company policies and procedures.

• Monitor invoice processing deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Support continuous improvement efforts related to invoice verification and validation processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• A conversational level of spoken Hebrew.

Preferred:

• Previous experience reviewing and validating supplier invoices.

• Knowledge of international shipping, import/export procedures, and logistics operations.

• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
