Executive Office Manager
Location: Airport City
Scope: Full Time
Model: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of materials for meetings, management sessions, and professional discussions
Tracking tasks, decisions, and schedules for the department
Ongoing collaboration with the CEO’s office and company management
Coordinating department activities with external parties, including media contacts, consultants, and professional partners
Coordinating visits, hosting delegations, and arranging meetings with media representatives and external bodies
Managing the administrative operations of the office, including overseas travel, procurement orders, and the use of organizational systems
Updating and coordinating with security personnel regarding relevant communications activities
Providing operational support for the department’s activities and projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience managing the office of a senior executive in a large, complex organization - Mandatory
High proficiency in Hebrew and English - Mandatory
Full command of Microsoft Office software
Exceptional organizational skills and an excellent ability to prioritize tasks.
