We're hiring Backend Engineers to build the core services and platform infrastructure that our AI agent and user-facing products depend on to take real financial action.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience building backend services in Java/python.
  • Core language mastery: Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) for building RESTful web services.
  • Database and query fundamentals: Working experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), including schema design, indexing, SQL queries, and transactional boundaries.
  • API and domain design: Strong ability to model clean domain boundaries, write clear API contracts, and structure robust data models.
  • Asynchronous and workflow resilience: Experience reasoning about multi-step workflows, message queues, asynchronous execution, retries, and failure recovery in distributed systems.
  • Ownership in fast-paced environments: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn evolving requirements into simple, durable designs.
