Key Responsibilities
Drive work from initial requirements through to implementation.
Design and develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, and Visualforce Pages.
Provide full-stack development, utilizing Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, Design Patterns, and Configuration SOQL.
Provide analysis and requirements gathering to integrate applications.
Work across all phases of the SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
Apply advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, Design Patterns).
Demonstrate strong abstract thinking, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills in a highly organized, self-directed manner.
Required Skills and Experience
Total Experience: 10+ years of professional IT experience.
Salesforce: Minimum 5 years of experience. Must be able to code APEX OOP and possess a strong understanding of design patterns.
Core Technical Skills:
.NET OOP and SOA (Expert level preferred)
JavaScript Frameworks
SQL
End-to-End Web Development
C# (Expert level preferred)
Responsive Design Patterns
Web Services and Windows Services
Agile Development Methodology
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, presentation skills, and the ability to proactively mentor others.
