The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to open doors in the Nordic market: researching target accounts, starting conversations with support and CX leaders, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great role for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow fast.
What You'll Do
- Build target account lists and research prospects in your market.
- Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to start conversations with support and CX leaders.
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Keep the CRM clean and report on what is working.
- Work with marketing and sales on messaging and campaigns.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Native or professional fluency in a Nordic language: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish (spoken and written).
- 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
- Excellent English communication: clear writing and confident speaking.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup: speed, customer impact, and getting things done.
