Bartender

The Broadcaster is a vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. More than just a pub and dining room, we’re a place where guests come for warm hospitality, memorable food and drinks, and experiences worth coming back for.

We’re looking for a Bartender who brings energy, skill, and a passion for hospitality. If you thrive behind a busy bar, enjoy making everything from a perfect pint to a great coffee, and like being part of a team that delivers seamless events and service, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Bartender at The Broadcaster, you’ll:

• Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, from pints and cocktails to wines, spirits, and hot drinks.

• Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere.

• Adapt to the day’s needs whether that’s supporting service in our dining room, keeping the rooftop buzzing, or helping deliver one of our many events.

• Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately.

• Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures.

What’s in it for you

• Group dining discounts across our venues.

• Team incentives and trips to celebrate successes.

• Staff meals & refreshments to keep you energised.

• Staff referral programme. Bring your friends on board!

• Early access to earned wages via Stream.

You’ll bring

• A love for drinks, coffee, and hospitality.

• A positive, adaptable attitude, ready to step into different roles across our multi-floor venue.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to stay fast, accurate, and calm under pressure.

• High standards and pride in every drink you serve.

• Previous bartending experience (experience in multi-floor or events-led venues is a plus).

Be part of a team that values positivity, service, and growth, and help us make every guest experience one to remember.
