Missions

  • Assurer un support aux utilisateurs dans le respect du niveau de services attendu, prendre en charge et escalader les tickets d’incident ou demande.
  • Diagnostiquer et corriger les dysfonctionnements rencontrés par les utilisateurs, assurer le suivi des tickets jusqu’à leur fermeture.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue du service, mettre à jour les bases de connaissances.
