You will be part of a talent acquisition team responsible for hiring top talent for our organization. • Detail-oriented: You ensure the quality of the recruitment process through proper system utilization and record keeping, innovative strategies, and proactive engagement with potential candidates.
  • Experience-focused: You see great candidates and hiring partner experiences as table stakes, always thinking about how to present the best possible outcome.
  • Driven Waybuilder: You proactively seek challenges that inspire innovative solutions. You anticipate potential issues and build creative, scalable processes that improve the overall workflow.

You Will:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Establish relationships with candidates through social networking, industry relationships, internal and external referrals, and other means as they develop.
  • Provide Strategic Market Insights: Partner with hiring managers to provide compensation data, labor market intelligence, and structural suggestions to improve candidate attraction for critical positions.
  • Support TA Operations: Partner with team members and leadership on special projects to build and sustain strategies to continuously deliver a high level of customer service to the organization and meet our goals and objectives.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop specialized sourcing strategies (e.g., industry-specific networking, passive outreach) to build pipelines for key positions, reducing reactive fulfillment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain credibility with business leaders by consistently communicating results, managing expectations, and driving a consistent, positive hiring experience.
