Use your React Native and mobile engineering skills to create realistic coding tasks that train and evaluate AI models, on a part-time remote schedule.
The AI coding tools changing how software gets built are trained and tested by real engineers. The teams building them need mobile software engineers who can turn realistic engineering problems into demanding coding tasks, build reliable environments, write checks that distinguish correct solutions from incomplete ones, and provide the implementation a professional would give. Your judgment helps improve the coding tasks used to train and evaluate AI models. This is remote, part-time contractor work applying your mobile development expertise to AI coding tasks.
What you'll do
- Create realistic mobile coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring and performance improvement
- Build reproducible environments with clear expected behavior for each task
- Write repeatable validation checks that accept correct implementations and reject incomplete or hard-coded solutions
- Provide reference solutions across valid approaches for React Native, Flutter, iOS or Android tasks

Who this is for
- Significant hands-on work in one or more mobile tracks: React Native, Flutter, iOS or Android

- Solid command of app architecture, handling state and async code, the app lifecycle, debugging and tuning for speed

- No experience in AI training work needed. You bring your mobile engineering experience; the work focuses on creating, solving and validating mobile coding tasks.
