We are looking for a qualified and motivated Field Maintenance & Installation Telecom Engineer (Electrical / Telecom background) to join our team executing maintenance and installation projects for major telecom networks (Huawei & Orange). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom towers, power systems, and network equipment to ensure maximum operational uptime.
Key Responsibilities:Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) for telecom tower sites and base transceiver stations (BTS).
Oversee site installations, equipment testing, and power system integration (Generators, ATS, UPS, Rectifiers, and Batteries).
Troubleshoot electrical, power, and telecom equipment failures promptly to minimize network downtime.
Conduct site audits, inspection visits, and technical reporting for site conditions and maintenance logs.
Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards on site.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and client technical teams (Huawei / Orange) for smooth project execution.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in telecom site installation, commissioning, or field maintenance (PM/CM).
Military Status: Completed (with Good Conduct certificate) or Final Exemption (Mandatory Requirement).
Strong technical background in telecom site power infrastructure, generators, rectifiers, and HVAC control systems.
Ability to work in the field and handle emergency call-outs.
Good communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
Up to 30% monthly performance bonus.
Monthly mobile allowance of EGP 250.
