Product & Portfolio Manager

As our Product & Portfolio Manager, you will become part of our European Product & Portfolio Management team in Eindhoven. You will manage your designated product portfolio and work closely with colleagues across Europe and China to translate customer needs and market insights into successful product solutions and business opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the full designated product portfolio, including pricing, product phase-in and phase-out, and product data management.
Understand customer requirements and market insights and translate these into clear product requirements and priorities for new product introductions.
Identify and support new business opportunities in close cooperation with Sales and R&D in China.
Manage and facilitate communication between the European and Chinese teams.
Contribute to segment and channel planning.
Drive detailed product and market benchmarking.
Provide product and organizational support to the wider Sales organization, with dedicated support for selected regions.
Transfer local market and product knowledge to relevant stakeholders across the organization, including the development of training programs.

Requirements
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or another relevant field.
1-3 years of professional experience in product management within an international environment.
Hands-on mentality and a strong team-player mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of energy and enthusiasm.
Curious and explorative mindset.
Strong technical affinity.
Solution- and result-oriented approach.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working effectively across different cultures.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
