Expectation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field6+ years building and operating production backend systems with at least 3 years in PythonDemonstrated daily practice building software with AI coding agents including workflow, review, test loop, and shipped resultsProduction support experience of marketing automation platform integrations, preferably HubSpot, Marketo, or PardotProduction experience with event-driven and durable-execution patterns including message queues, outboxes, idempotency keys, replay, with preference for Temporal or similar workflow engineHands-on integration engineering experience with vendor APIs including REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, and retriesStrong PostgreSQL skills including schema design, JSONB, partitioning, migrations with Alembic, and query performanceCloud deployment experience on Azure or AWS including containers, infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, secrets management, and observabilityExperience shipping LLM features into products with structured outputs, evaluation discipline, confidence thresholds, fallbacks, and guardrailsExcellent written and spoken English with ability to explain technical trade-offs to marketing operations leads
