What You'll Be Doing As a Pricing Coordinator, you will serve as a critical link between sales, operations, customer service, and finance by ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across transportation services.

Responsibilities Develop and prepare pricing proposals and rate quotations for both new and existing customers Analyze transportation costs, operational requirements, market conditions, and profitability when establishing rates Maintain customer-specific pricing agreements, tariffs, and rate schedules Ensure all pricing updates, customer rate changes, and quotations are communicated accurately and in a timely manner Partner closely with sales, dispatch, customer service, and operations teams to support pricing initiatives Evaluate lane profitability, pricing trends, and customer performance to support business decisions Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries with professionalism and urgency Assist in resolving rate discrepancies, billing issues, and pricing-related disputes Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and operational efficiencies Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing quote turnaround times and enhancing pricing accuracy Ensure compliance with customer agreements, company pricing policies, and service commitments What We're Looking For

Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight operations, pricing, customer service, or a related role Experience within the trucking, freight, transportation, or third-party logistics (3PL) industry is strongly preferred Exposure to transportation management systems (TMS), rate management tools, or pricing software Experience with TruckMate or similar transportation software is considered an asset Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret transportation costs, rates, and profitability data Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Why Join?
