Internship Programme 2027: Product Development Administrator

Optimi is looking for a motivated, hardworking graduate to join our Internship Programme. The ideal candidate should be innovative, eager to learn, and ready to build practical experience within our Product Development team. This opportunity will also entail completing an accredited qualification over the period of 12 months.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.
• Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must not have previously participated in an internship programme.

DUTIES

• Provide administrative support to the Product Development team.
• Assist with and follow up on administrative processes and procedures.
• Resolve routine administrative queries and issues.
• Complete and submit documentation for legal deposits.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of proof copies from external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update payment schedules and follow up where required.
• Check corrections and proofs for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the sign-in and sign-out of library items.
• Source stock images and maintain the image library.
• Assist with linking e-books and related system administration tasks.

This position is based in Centurion.
