Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect within our Partnerships org to support our sales and partner ecosystem, helping enterprise customers unlock the value of Optimizely's MarTech and AI-powered digital experience solutions.Working closely with Sales, Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners, you will provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, enable partners and demonstrate how Optimizely solutions solve complex business challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Support sales teams and partners throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with technology partners, system integrators and digital agencies.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Position Optimizely's CMS, experimentation, commerce and AI capabilities within enterprise MarTech environments.
- Design solution architectures and demonstrate integrations with existing technology stacks.
- Support partner enablement through technical training, workshops and knowledge sharing.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical evaluations and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with Sales, Alliances and Product teams to drive partner success and revenue growth.Engage with senior technical and business stakeholders to communicate solution value.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture experience within enterprise SaaS or MarTech.
- Experience working with technology partners, system integrators or digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of MarTech platforms, including CMS, DXP, DAM, experimentation and marketing automation.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and partner-led opportunities.
- Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and communicate business value.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies and modern web architectures.
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, Contentful, Acquia or similar.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing solutions, composable architecture and headless CMS is desirable.Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Key Competencies
