Job Summary

Join as an IT Risk & Process Assurance Specialist to lead SDM compliance and process assurance reviews, collaborate with technical teams, and drive operational excellence at Punggol Digital District.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Software Development Methodology (SDM) compliance and process assurance reviews for assigned technology projects independently.
• Execute quality reviews and deliver accurate audit reports within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Process Assurance Team Lead to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide recurring insights for key stakeholders and management.
• Provide audit support for internal and external regulatory and system reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to embed SDM best practices and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase SDM process awareness and adoption across teams.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and improve ongoing SDM framework enhancements.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Process Assurance, preferably starting in banking or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SDM methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to manage delivery timelines effectively.
• Proactive and analytical mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
