IT Administrator (Until 31 March 2027)

Job Summary

Provides administration support to the IT Operations Team deployed at the customer site.

Responsibilities

• Submit service request tickets in ITSM upon requests from support teams or clients and track completion to meet predefined turnaround times
• Track and maintain accurate counts of clean laptops to support operational readiness
• Schedule appointments for various activities to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution
• Monitor and update asset inventory records in the storeroom to maintain accurate stock levels
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support IT Operations team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of using ITSM tools to facilitate service request management
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• Good oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) to assist with device-related tasks
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative support role
