Day 2 services, including managed services, operations, service management, optimisation and continuous improvement.
Security vulnerability intervention and remediation planning, in partnership with the relevant Oracle security, technical and delivery teams.
Hybrid cloud and multicloud services that support the customer’s broader enterprise architecture and operating model.
Build and execute account and territory strategies that create qualified services pipeline, win new opportunities and expand strategic public-sector accounts.
Lead discovery with business, IT, security, procurement and delivery stakeholders to understand mission outcomes, technology estate, operating challenges, contractual constraints and service requirements.
Use agentic AI and AI-enabled discovery methods responsibly to accelerate research, account understanding, opportunity qualification and value-led customer conversations; validate outputs using trusted customer and Oracle sources.
Develop end-to-end services propositions, business cases and commercial strategies that connect implementation with Day 2 operations, managed services, continuous improvement and security intervention.
Position Oracle Customer Success Services alongside Oracle lines of business and partner solutions, ensuring a coherent, end-to-end customer solution across SaaS, Applications and technology.
Orchestrate Oracle local and global centres of excellence, presales, delivery, customer success, legal, security and partner teams to shape feasible, differentiated and compliant proposals.
Navigate Singapore Government procurement processes, conditions of contract, risk allocation, governance, data and security obligations, and approval requirements in partnership with Oracle commercial and legal teams.
Build trusted executive relationships and maintain account plans that support customer success, renewal, expansion and Oracle’s position as a long-term services partner.
Maintain opportunity quality, forecast accuracy and disciplined governance in accordance with Oracle policies and sales processes.
