The ideal candidate has:
- 7+ years of B2B sales, preferably across SaaS, AI, data, analytics, and market research, consulting, or enterprise workflow solutions.
- Proven ability to sell consultatively to senior enterprise buyers and close mid-market or enterprise deals.
- Experience building or improving sales motions in an early-stage, new product, or scale-up environment.
- Strong ability to simplify complex products into clear business outcomes.
- Comfort working closely with founders, product teams, and customer-facing teams in a high-ambiguity environment.
- Strong ownership, operating discipline, and the ability to build playbooks rather than simply follow them.
- Strong AI fluency - daily comfort using AI tools, understanding AI's strengths and limitations, and translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.
Key Mandate:
- Own revenue growth across new business, enterprise accounts, strategic accounts, expansion motions, and channel partnerships.
- Build a repeatable GTM motion from early traction - including ICP selection, use-case packaging, pricing inputs, sales playbooks, pipeline discipline, and forecast visibility.
- Personally lead strategic deals and position myRA with senior buyers across strategy, market intelligence, procurement, private equity, consulting, and research teams.
- Build and manage a high-performance revenue team with clear targets, strong sales discipline, and a culture of ownership.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to convert market feedback into sharper positioning, better demos, stronger adoption, and higher expansion.
- Help establish the company as the leading AI + human expert solution for decision-grade market research.
