Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with users and customers to understand workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and turn real-world problems into software.
• Working closely with the engineering team to design, build, implement and scale end-to-end full-stack solutions for clients across backend, frontend, and AI layers.
• Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security in production deployments.
• Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Influence solution architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-stack or product experience.
• Forward-deployed engineering experience, nice to have.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js .
• Experience building production-grade systems in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
• Experience with solutions architecture, including architecture design, systems integration, cloud infrastructure and security.
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (or similar).
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and workflow orchestration.
• Comfort operating in 0-to-1 and fast-scaling startup environments.
• Strong communication, product judgement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High ownership and the ability to move from one-off solutions to reusable platforms.
