Staff DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Ownership: Own and evolve our GCP-based infrastructure (Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, DNS, VPCs, Load Balancers).
• CI/CD and Deployment: Create scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines to support multiple AI agent releases across various environments.
• Monitoring and Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e. g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Monitoring).
• Security and Compliance: Implement access control, key management, and environment isolation.
• Team and Culture Building: Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class infra/devops team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, with 3+ years in a lead/ownership role.
• Deep experience building and running cloud-native, containerised, and serverless systems (GCP preferred).
• Expertise with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling (e. g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Prior experience building infrastructure from scratch in early-stage startups or zero-to-one environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LangChain-style architectures.
• A business-aware and builder's mindset: hands-on, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
