About the Team / Offering - Global Infrastructure Services - Business Process Services
DXC Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) manages and modernizes IT infrastructure for the world's largest enterprises through agentic, platform-led operations. We deliver cloud, security, workplace, infrastructure and business-process services that shift operations from reactive support to proactive, outcome-driven service delivery at scale, with human-in-the-loop governance.
DXC Business Process Services modernize and operate core business functions using agentic, digital-first delivery models. GIS teams combine domain expertise with intelligent automation and human-in-the-loop governance to reduce cost and risk, improve compliance and accuracy, and continuously optimize back-office operations at scale.
About the Role
Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision
- Participate in the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems
- Collaborate with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental needs
- Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records
- Continue to develop and enhance technical skills
- Apply problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure issues
- Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $45,900 - $85,300.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
