Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows and automated business processes.

- Build Approval Flows and workflow automation based on business requirements.

- Configure and administer Power Platform environments, including DLP policies, environment creation, and CoE Kit.

- Develop solutions using Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Hub.

- Design and develop Copilot Studio solutions and AI-powered conversational experiences.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise applications.

- Develop and consume APIs to support application and workflow integrations.

- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Provide technical consulting and recommendations to business stakeholders and development teams.

- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Power Apps development.

- 6+ years of experience in Power Automate Cloud & Desktop flows.

- 4+ years of Power Platform Administration, including DLP Policy Management, Environment Creation, and CoE Kit.

- 3+ years of experience with Dataverse and Power Pages.

- 2+ years of experience with Copilot Studio.

- 2+ years of experience developing Approval Flows.

- 1+ year of SharePoint development experience.

- 2+ years of API development/integration experience.

- 2+ years of software programming experience in any programming language.

- 3+ years of technical consulting experience on Microsoft Power Platform.

Education :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience providing technical leadership, consulting, and guidance to development teams.
