Join Orkes as a Community Developer Lead, where you'll drive engagement in our open-source community and help developers discover and adopt our platform. This role combines community engagement, developer marketing, and technical content creation. You'll interact with developers, create educational content, and represent Orkes at various events. Ideal candidates have a background in technical marketing, developer relations, or developer education, and a passion for technology.
Missions
- Engage with the developer community to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of Orkes and Conductor products.
- Create and deliver high-quality technical education, community interaction, and advocacy to help developers successfully adopt the platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and open-source community members to gather feedback and improve Orkes.
Profil recherché
- A strong technical foundation. You’ve written code and understand how developers think, build, troubleshoot, and evaluate new technologies- 2+ years of impactful experience in engagement with developers for deeply technical products in a community context
- A proactive, self-directed person who thrives in any situation and enjoys working alongside developer communities
- You are a highly resilient person that’s also execution-focused
- You’ve created technical educational content in the past such as presentations, written work, videos, demos, and workshops
- You can take something complex and make it click for developers who are seeing it for the first time
- Conference talks/webinars/event hosting under your belt
- Open source community experience
- An existing audience or online presence in the developer space
- Familiarity with agentic workflow orchestration, in particular Conductor/Orkes
