What You'll Be Doing
You'll join Orro's Group Security team and work alongside experienced security, privacy and governance professionals who will help build your knowledge as you go.
A large part of your role will involve documents, spreadsheets, records and information. You will:
Help prepare and update policies, procedures, reports and other business documents
Review documents carefully for accuracy, consistency, formatting, grammar and completeness
Maintain compliance registers, spreadsheets, evidence repositories and document libraries
Collect and organise information and evidence from different teams
Help prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits
Support privacy and compliance activities across the business
Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to make sure agreed activities are completed
Prepare professional Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Learn about ISO 27001, privacy, information security, risk management and third-party governance
What You'll Bring
The Essentials
Exceptional written English, with a demonstrated ability to draft clear, accurate and professional business documentation
Strong document management, formatting and organisational skills, backed by exceptional attention to detail
Ability to review and interpret information from multiple sources and translate it into clear policies, procedures and reports
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across different teams and levels of an organisation
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Even if you don't tick every box, don't let that hold you back. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
