1、独立完成产品封装要求，对接晶圆厂、封装厂制定封装、测试规范，处理封装过程中出现的相关问题。

2、产品CP、FT数据、良率管控、可靠性等数据评估

任职要求 / Requirements

1、精通SOD/SOT/DFN/TO/SMA/B/C等相关封装的工程技术、具备独立完成二三极管产品从晶圆到成品的封装过程的能力

2、精通二三极管的测试、可靠性规范要求，能独立分析处理相关工程问题 3、熟练使用相关工具和软件，善于沟通，协调
