About Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh company

Pratt Miller is a product development company in motorsports, defense, and mobility industries providing clients with product engineering and low-volume production solutions. The Associate Manager, Communications is responsible for developing and executing communications that inform, engage, and connect Pratt Miller employees while supporting the company’s brand, culture, strategic priorities, and business objectives. This role partners closely with marketing, executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy and priorities into clear, compelling communications for internal and external audiences.

The successful candidate will be a strong writer and storyteller who can manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships across the organization, and move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution. This position will also play a key role in supporting the development, preparation, communication, and ongoing reinforcement of the Pratt Miller strategic plan.

  • Develop executive presentations, strategy summaries, talking points, leadership communications, and other materials used to communicate the strategic plan.

  • Help employees understand how Pratt Miller's strategic priorities connect to business objectives, organizational initiatives, and their individual work.
  • Maintain strategic planning materials and ensure key messages, priorities, terminology, and supporting content remain current and consistent.
