Marketing Lead

• Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans across digital channels,
• in-store activations, and events.
• Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and
• post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing associates and sales teams to ensure cohesive
• campaign delivery.
• Own the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and
• optimized for maximum reach.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign operations: landing page creation, email
• workflows, paid media assets, etc.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance data to continually improve campaign
• effectiveness.
• Work closely with external vendors when required to scale efforts.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization tactics for
• ongoing campaign optimization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix2.
• Must be technologically savvy to carry out detailed research.
• Must be proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Constant Contact, and Adobe software.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and procedures.
• Detail-oriented, great follow-through with the ability to perform well with limited supervision and direction.
• Must possess strong multi-channel marketing skills such as traditional, digital, social media marketing, etc, and be results-based.

Education and Experience

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant field
• At least 5 years of marketing experience
• Professional certification will be an added advantage
