Marketing Associate

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring marketing ideas to life
• Assist with content planning, creation, and scheduling across digital and traditional channels
• Help plan and coordinate events, activations, and other marketing-related engagements
• Maintain organized records of campaign assets, content calendars, and marketing materials
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and team meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and creative partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations
• Participate in photo and video shoots, coordinating logistics where necessary
• Support the Marketing Manager in daily operations and special projects
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
• Perform all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and engaging content
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Educational/Experience

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role
• Professional certification in marketing or digital media is a plus
