岗位职责

1.负责受理和解决客户提出的问题;

2.负责日常业务系统维护及监控，为用户提供软件系统业务和软件使用方面的服务和支持，保障用户软件业务稳定开展;

3.负责完成服务器、基础软件、业务软件的安装、参数配置、投产运行及运维保障

4.负责在用户现场完成用户交办的相关工作。

5.参与项目实施工作，主要负责软件部署、初始化和联调测试、培训等工作;

6.负责整理、汇报用户需求、各类软件问题等。

任职要求

1.全日制大学本科及以上学历; 计算机及相关专业;

2.熟练掌握计算机软、硬件以及网络技术的基础知识，能够准确判断客户需求;

3.解并熟悉SQL Server或Oracle数据库应用并至少使用过一种以上数据库;
