Обязанности:

  • Приём и обработка входящих заказов на строительство выставочных стендов и оформление мероприятий
  • Работа с существующей базой клиентов
  • Активный поиск и привлечение новых клиентов (расширение клиентской базы)
  • Звонки и встречи по "теплой базе" клиентов. Отражение результатов в CRM Bitrix 24
  • Выявление потребности клиентов, согласование заказов с дизайнером и начальником производства
  • Личный контроль за реализацией проектов экспозиций (взаимодействие со всеми подразделениями)
  • Ведение необходимого документооборота (договоры, cчета, акты)
  • Работа с возражениями и претензиями
  • Контроль дебиторской задолженности и рентабельности по исполнению проектов

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (желательно)
  • Опыт работы в продажах выставочных стендов (обязательно)
  • Опыт взаимодействия с выставочными центрами Экспофорум, Crocus Expo, Тимирязев Центр, ВДНХ, и др. (желательно)
  • Навыки работы в прикладных программах (Corel Draw Suite, Adobe Photoshop), желательно
  • Ответственность, пунктуальность
  • Активная жизненная позиция

Условия:

  • Офис м. Горный Институт
  • График работы: 09.30 - 18.30, понедельник-пятница
