岗位职责 / Responsibilities

独立负责座舱单板硬件全流程：原理图、PCB、器件选型、BOM、硬件调试;

熟练 AD/Altium/ 立创 / CR8000 等硬件设计工具，会电源、模拟、数字电路设计;

能独立做硬件自测、EMC 整改、样机 bring-up、量产硬件问题定位;

输出硬件规格、设计规范、测试规范，对接结构、软件、测试、工厂生产;

指导初级工程师、把控硬件设计风险、版本迭代维护。

任职要求 / Requirements

负责座舱域控制器硬件模块（如电源模块、高速接口模块、车载通信模块、存储模块）的详细设计，包括原理图绘制、器件选型、参数计算、PCB Layout指导等;

负责客户需求分析与评审，将系统级硬件需求拆解为模块级需求，制定模块测试方案;

负责模块的硬件开发、调试与优化，解决模块开发过程中的常规技术问题（如器件兼容性、信号干扰、电源纹波异常），确保模块性能、功耗、尺寸等指标满足需求规格。

参与硬件模块测试、系统集成测试、可靠性测试（DV/PV）、EMC测试，设计模块级测试用例，跟踪测试问题闭环，优化硬件设计（如调整PCB布局、更换器件、优化电源设计）;

负责完成功能安全（ISO26262）、信息安全等相关设计实施;

负责编制硬件相关设计文档;

参与技术评审与方案研讨，提出合理化改进建议，推动设计流程与设计质量优化。

负责跨部门团队完成项目开发相关工作，与系统设计、软件、测试工程师高效协作，推进软硬件联动调试与系统集成;

负责对接供应商，提供模块级硬件技术需求，技术支持与问题解决;
