Wirkungsbereich- Applikationsmanagement: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistik-Applikationen
- Prozessoptimierung: Geschäftsprozesse analysieren und digitale Lösungen vorantreiben
- 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support: Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie nachhaltige Fehlerlösungen
- Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Erstellung technischer Konzepte
- Dokumentation & Know-how: Sicherstellung von Wissenstransfer und aktueller Systemdokumentation Security & Compliance: Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

- Persönlichkeit: Teamorientiert, zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und selbstständig
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
