岗位职责：

负责0.18um -22nm BCD / Logic 工艺完整 PDK 以及DRC/LVS/PEX 等工艺文件开发交付;

对接工艺与设计团队，解决芯片设计全流程中 PDK 技术问题;

使用 Python/Tcl 搭建 PDK 自动化验证流程;

输出 PDK 配套文档，支撑内部设计团队使用与工艺版本迭代。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求：

985/211 微电子 / 集成电路硕士，2-3 年 DRC/LVS 开发经验;

具备晶圆 Fab 原厂工作经验， DRC/LVS 开发经历优先;

精通 SVRF/TCL语言，熟悉PDK应用，器件模型应用以及半导体制造工艺;

精通设计规则描述和规范

熟练脚本开发，能独立完成 DRC/LVS开发和验证。
