ABOUT THE ROLE
As a B2B Software Sales Specialist at Ovoko, you’ll help used car parts businesses digitise their operations through our software solutions. You’ll be selling software to business owners and decision-makers, rather than car parts to individual customers.
You’ll connect with potential customers, understand how they manage their inventory and daily operations, and demonstrate how our platform can help them work more efficiently. We’re looking for someone who enjoys technology, learns new tools quickly and can turn product features into clear business value.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Identify and approach businesses that could benefit from Ovoko’s software solutions.
Run discovery conversations to understand customers’ workflows, challenges and business needs.
Deliver product demos tailored to each customer, explaining how the platform can support their daily operations.
Handle objections, negotiate agreements and guide prospects through the sales process.
Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM and track progress against sales targets.
Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve the product and customer experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling software, SaaS or other digital business solutions.
A hustler who wants to get stuff done and help build Ovoko.
A “hunter” who likes to take on new leads and close deals.
A digital native, who has a basic understanding of software / database integration.
Open mindedness and ability to quickly adapt to the changing environment.
Previous experience in B2B field sales and/or marketplace start-ups would be a big plus.
Fluent Romanian & English.
