Missions

• Lead the strategy and execution of short-form content across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Hire, manage, and develop teams of producers, editors, and strategists to scale high-quality output at a high volume.
• Gather and use data to inform creative direction, test formats, and iterate quickly, maintaining a high culture of experimentation and performance.

- Spreadsheet or analytics fluency to track and visualize performance

- Exceptional design eye for graphics and typography
