工作內容
1.Manage overall program schedule and technical development through all phases from NPI to ramp to achieve key development and business objectives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to make sure all deliverables are well executed and managed
3. Identify program risks and provide adequate mitigation plans
4. Handle critical issues and escalations to ensure total customer satisfaction by driving appropriate resolutions to diverse technical/non-technical issues
1.Define program business strategies
2.Drive operational cost efficiencies through process optimization or design change
3.Bridge towards an effectively balance between organization’s operation and customer’s need
4.Evaluate technical and business risks in accordance to competition analysis
5.Conduct market research including Industry trend, Product News, Market Share, New Technologies
6.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards successful product launches
Develop and maintain good relationship with customer
- Enclosure operation project management, lead cross-functional team to ensure new product can transfer development into mass production.
- Counterpart with customer procurement team to fulfill forecast.
- Responsible for production planning, resources management, capacity utilization, output on schedule, inventory and supply chain management to Customer.
