Executive Data Analyst

Purpose A data-driven analyst role focused on delivering high-quality insights, dashboards, and performance reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. The Executive Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into clear, actionable intelligence to support strategic and operational decision-making at executive and board level. The role operates within a governance and leadership environment, requiring confidence working with senior stakeholders, high standards of accuracy, discretion, and an understanding of board-level reporting expectations. Responsibilities 1. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive and board audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visualisations, insights, and narrative summaries.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data used in executive reporting.
• Support quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards based on business needs. 2. Executive & Board-Level Engagement
• Work closely with senior leadership and Board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
• Prepare data-driven content for board packs and quarterly planning materials, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support timely and accurate executive reporting.
• Ensure information presented to the Board meets governance, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Provide support for board meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate.

Qualifications

• College degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline. Experience
• Proven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights.
• Experience working with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly desirable. Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (dashboard design, visuals, data modelling and processing).
• Strong Presentation skills - specifically PowerPoint.
